Building a custom home should be a very exciting and personal experience. You and your family will be able to make many of the decisions that are usually made by a builder.  Your "mental scrapbook" of housing ideas will play a crucial part in creating a home that is exactly you. 

During our very first meeting, your vision, budgetary parameters, and general expectations will be outlined.
As we implement these preliminary plans into the design phase, we will need your active involvement over the course of at least three meetings. Although a timely result is important, insuring your desires and expectations are met is our first priority.
